Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Take ride-hailing platform operated by Take Technologies in Cameroon. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Drivers must hold valid licences and meet Take's verification requirements.

• Riders must provide accurate pickup and destination information.
• Drivers must maintain roadworthy vehicles and comply with traffic laws.
• Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
• Fares are displayed in XAF before or during the trip unless otherwise stated.

Take supports mobile money, cash, and in-app wallet features. You are responsible for charges incurred on your account. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of trip completion through in-app support.

Drivers are independent partners, not employees of Take. Take provides technology, matching, and payment tools. Drivers must complete profile updates, document uploads, and verification before receiving ride notifications.

Take facilitates connections between riders and drivers but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by Cameroonian law, Take is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable regulations.
